MONDAYS 6:00pm – 7:30pm Pacific Time, USA

This class will give us a safe space to dance, pray and play, connect with ourselves and each other, keep our minds and bodies healthy, nourish our souls, and feel the support and solidarity of our community. Valerie will curate a unique playlist combined with light facilitation to guide and inspire us. We will end our session with a community circle.
